2nd part

Place: Hasle beach, Bornholm, Denmark
Materials: blue jumpsuit, a phone
Action: I was lying on my back, looking up at the sky, slowly slipping on the sand and dreaming.

Sometimes, an impulse like a single colour can grab you and linger in your body and mind  for some time. This is a story about that.
I love the sky blue colour. I had forgotten it for a while until I saw a light blue jumpsuit in the basement of BIRCA (Bækkelund International Residency Center for Artists in Bornholm, Denmark.)
I took it with me on an expedition to the Hasle beach to protect my clothes from getting dirty if necessary. It is very important to note that it was a sunny day.
When I got to the beach, something happened to me – when I pulled the jumpsuit out of my bag, it seemed to explode into the air. 

Because it’s the same colour as sky.

The jumpsuit naturally aspired to the sky so I played with throwing the jumpsuit into the sky and capturing its different shapes.
Very joyful, very daydreamy!

Then I invited others to ask themselves “What am I daydreaming about?”, throw a jumpsuit in the sky and take a picture of it with just the sky in the background; take as many pictures as they need to capture the shape that matches their answer to the question.

And then I decided to to try to stretch daydreaming and I did a long durational performance.
Wearing the sky blue jumpsuit, of course.

I wondered if I would become sky.

Not really. I just left the trace in the sand behind me. It will dissolve soon. As all daydreams if they stay in just dreaming mode.
